India is set to host its largest naval exercise in 2022 for which 46 countries have been invited.
Exercise Milan is being planned for February 2022 and invitations have been sent to 46 countries. The exercise will see the participation of all QUAD countries.
Milan has so far been held at Port Blair but is now being shifted to Visakhapatnam, which offers more space and facilities.
Milan is a multilateral naval exercise hosted by the Indian Navy. It was first held in 1995. Since then, the event has been held biennially except for some years.
